GENERAL:

1. All rates quote in USD, although IDR and EUR are viable payment options.
2. All rates subject to an inclusive 21% government tax and service.
3. Depending on packages, full board will calculate on request.
4. No reservation shall receive confirmation unless written in text via email.
5. Yoga Shala automatically inclusive to any of the Group Booking rates
6. Beach Master automatically unlocks for any Exclusive Group up to 20 participants or 18 Rooms.
7. Free Wi-fi available in Rooms and Public Areas.
8. Maximum base occupancy is two adults per bedroom, Extra Bed(s) available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Any cancellation received less than 31 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
2. Any cancellations more than 31 days prior to arrival date will be possible to postpone up to 1 year from the original booking (non-Refundable).
3. Any postpone to a Retreat must continue per contract that both parties agree upon, and discussion is necessary for any modification(s).

PAYMENT POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKING:

1. 10% Deposit from Total Booking is necessary above 6 months in advance to secure any booking.
2. 20% Deposit from Total Booking is necessary 6 months in advance.
3. Full Payment must arrive 31 Days before Group check-in.
4. Bank Transfer fee (if any) is applicable to clients, or 3% Credit Card fee will apply.
5. Acceptable payment methods: Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash (IDR, USD or EUR)

GENERAL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:

1. Check-in time shall be after 14.00 and check-out time 11.00.
2. Requests for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability and flexibility of the property.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

All Deposits & Payments must arrive on schedule, failure to make such payments will result in an automatic cancellation (please see cancellation policy).
