GENERAL:

1. All rates are quoted in USD (American Dollars) but can be payable with IDR or EURO also.
2. Yoga Shala is automatically included to any of group rates
3. All rates are subject inclusive 21% government tax and service.
4. Depending on packages, full board will calculate on request.
5. No reservation shall be considered confirmed unless be made in writing via email.
6. Room occupancy is maximum of two adult per bedroom, any of extra bed are available on request.
7. Unlock our Beach master House for any Exclusive group booking up to 20 of participants or 18 Rooms automatically will be available.
8. Free wi-fi available on Public Area.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Any cancellation received less than 31 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
2. Any cancellation received before 31 days prior to arrival date will be possible to postpone up to 1 year period from the original booking (non-Refundable).
3. Any Postpone Retreat must be continued the contract that been agreed, and any modification Group booking must be discussed.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKING:

1. 10% deposit from Total booking must be made before 6 months in advance For Secure any booking
2. 20% deposit from Total booking must be made in 6 months in advance
3. A full payment is required 31 Days before Group Check in.
4. Bank transfer fee (if any) is applicable to clients, or 3% Credit Card Charge will apply for Credit Card Method
5. Payment method acceptable with: Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash (IDR, US Dollar or Euro)

GENERAL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:

1. Check-in time shall be after 14.00 and check-out time 11.00.
2. Requests by clients for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the properties and from any flexibility

All deposit & payments must be received on schedule, failure to make such payments will result to automatic reservation cancellation (please see cancellation policy).
