GENERAL
- In our Terms, “Group Booking” consists of Exclusive Group Package and Small Exclusive Group Package, usually booked for Retreats.
- In our Terms, “Regular Booking” consists of Bookings of Individual Rooms, whether for a Single Person, Couple, Families and Group of Friends.
- Prices are and will not be displayed within this Website to follow Trade Regulations. Contact us via villaboreh@gmail.com to obtain further details and make a Booking.
- All Accommodation Rates already include the 21% Government Tax and Service.
- No Reservations shall receive a Confirmation unless a Deposit is paid and the completion of said Payment is properly communicated.
- No Reservation(s) shall receive a Confirmation unless written in text via E-Mail.
- Access to the Yoga Shala is included in any Group Booking.
- Access to the Yoga Studio is discounted by 50% with any Group Booking.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in Rooms and Public Areas.
- Maximum base occupancy is 2 Adults per Bedroom, Extra Bed(s) available on request.
- Bank Transfer Fee (if any) will be absorbed by the Guest.
- When paying with Card on-site, a 3% Credit Card Fee applies as long as it is any Card that is not BCA.
- Acceptable Payment Methods: Visa, Master Card, Bank Transfer or Cash (IDR, USD, EUR)
GROUP BOOKING POLICY
- 10% Deposit from the Total Amount is to be paid as soon as the Booking would like to be secured, given that the Booking Dates are still more than 6 Months away.
- 25% Deposit (15% if 10% has been paid) from the Total Amount is to be paid at latest 6 Months prior to the Booking Dates. Some time after the 6 Month point is entertained if the Guest is busy with other things and cannot access their Payment Method, however this must be clearly communicated by the Guest via E-Mail, ideally before the 6 Month point.
- 100% Full Payment (75% if 25% has been paid) from the Total Amount is to be paid at latest 1 Month prior to the Booking Dates. Some time after the 1 Month point is entertained if the Guest is busy with other things and cannot access their Payment Method, however this must be clearly communicated by the Guest via E-Mail, ideally before the 1 Month point.
- Regular Booking Rooms may be added on top of Small Exclusive Group Package at the base Direct Booking rates.
- External Rooms may be added on top of Exclusive Group Package at differing Rates based on internal agreements.
REGULAR BOOKING POLICY
- 50% Deposit from the Total Amount is to be paid as soon as the Booking would like to be secured, given that the Booking Dates are still more than 1 Month away.
- 100% Full Payment (50% if 50% has been paid) from the Total Amount is to be paid at latest 1 Month prior to the Booking Dates. Some time after the 1 Month point is entertained if the Guest is busy with other things and cannot access their Payment Method, however this must be clearly communicated by the Guest via E-Mail, ideally before the 1 Month point.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any Cancellation(s) received less than 31 Day prior to Arrival Date will incur a 100% charge of the Booking Value.
- Any Cancellation(s) received 31 Days or more prior to Arrival Date will gain the ability to postpone up to 1 Year from the Arrival Date of the original Booking.
- Payment(s) made are Non-Refundable.
- Any Postponement(s) of a Retreat must be discussed via E-Mail towards a mutual agreement.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
- Check-In Time starts from 14:00 WITA and Check-Out Time ends at 11:00 WITA
- Requests for a Late Check-Out shall be entertained depending on the Availability and Flexibility of our Accommodation at that particular time.
- Early Check-In is only entertained for Group Bookings that may require Extra Time for setting up. This must be discussed prior to the Arrival Date via E-Mail.
